After initial camera setup and 'wand wave', Motive automatically calibrates using data collected during normal use of the system. Calibration no longer degrades over time due to temperature changes or difficult building movements. It is a “fresh” calibration that always provides precise tracking data.

Sync your Prime and Primex cameras to any signal or source with eSync 2, with all the features and flexibility you expect from a professional tracking system. The camera synchronizes with dozens of sources, including Genlock signals from professional cameras, where recording and other event triggering can be managed from universal inputs and software commands.

Use the sync output signal as a master or trigger force plate, EMG, and National Instruments DAQ for flexible yet accurate hardware synchronization. To facilitate editing and logging, you can also use SMTPE timecode to get very accurate frame timing. OptiTrack's free public SDK allows further customization within the timing protocol.

Full resolution grayscale reference video.Any Prime x camera can be used as a reference video source with a synchronized and calibrated 3D overlay. Deliver and/or record full resolution, full frame rate video with 3D overlays such as markers, rigid bodies, and bones. All you have to do is select the best camera for your reference capture with the software.
